Mental Health & Well Being

Mental Health & Well Being Training

We offer a range of mental health and well being training to meet the needs of participants.
Training is designed to increase the confidence and skills of 'front line' staff to promote mental health and well being as part of their direct contact with individuals.
We also offer bespoke training on a range of mental health and well being issues.
The mental health and well being training we offer focuses on gaining a better understanding of mental health, mental well being and mental illness. The training provides structured, practical tools to develop understanding and confidence to work with people. Building the ability to support people to gain insight into their experiences can be a big step to progress. The sessions include training on the use of self-management skills designed to help people improve their well being, mental health and life skills.

Re:mind

Re:mind is a set of mental health and well being courses designed and delivered by Reinventing Success.

The training increases the skills and confidence of 'front line' staff in having conversations with those they work with, about their mental health and well being. In this it differs from other mental health training in going beyond teaching greater awareness and focusing on how best to help people.
